Buzz Products, a growing locally-owned and -operated company focused on high quality food manufacturing and distribution, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. This dynamic privately held company has been in business for over sixty years and continues to experience strong growth year after year. POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for contacting existing customers to collect daily/weekly orders. As part of an experienced team of food consultation professionals, this position has the following responsibilities:

· Inbound and Outbound phone calls and emails to and with established customers and some prospective customers.

· Using good time management to meet daily deadlines.

· Learning the operational and sales process of the business to assist in sales transactions.

· Recommendation of products that will help our customers grow their business.

· Manage professional relationships with our customers to maintain business and future growth.

· Contributes to a team environment that works for the common goal of servicing our customer base.

Schedule: M-F, 8am-4pm.

Location: In person. 4818 Kanawha Boulevard, East, Charleston, WV 25306. A friendly and casual office environment.

Requirements:

· Ideal candidate is excited to learn about the food and restaurant industries.

· Reliable transportation to and from work.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.

· Well organized, with strong multi-tasking skill-set.

· Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills.

· Strong customer service orientation.

· Ability to work independently and with a team.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
