What We Do

We specialize in liquidation and live eCommerce selling — think WhatNot streams, flash sales, and thousands of items moving in and out every week. We’re building a world-class eCommerce division, and our warehouse processing team is the backbone that makes it all possible.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Dig & sort through pallets of mixed merchandise (mostly apparel & shoes)
• Inspect each item and sort it like a boss: hang, size, tag, and prep for our streamers or set to the side to sell via wholesale (this is where your eye for fashion becomes important)
• Handle high-value goods with care and integrity — eyes on you (literally, it’s a camera-monitored area)
• After each stream, group sold orders, pack them neatly and to protect the items, print labels, and get them shipped
• Flag anything weird, broken, or amazing for the team
• Stick to process like it’s second nature — because here, it matters

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Like fast-paced work, but don’t cut corners
• Are obsessed with getting the details right — from folded shirts to shipping labels
• Don’t need to be babysat — you know how to own your day and hit your KPI
• Can lift, sort, and move around without needing to sit still
• Want to be part of a small but mighty team doing something big
• Can follow security rules and protocols to the letter — even when no one’s watching

Bonus Points if You:

• Have a solid fashion sense and enjoy using it
• Are familiar with brands sold at Macy's and Nordstrom department stores
• Have warehouse, retail, or shipping experience (a plus, not a must)
• Are someone we can trust around high-value goods
• Have a strong work ethic, willing to help and a willingness to learn
• Are process-minded — you like routine and following clear steps
• Are comfortable using a computer or mobile device to print labels or scan items

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or retail preferred; ideally understanding the brands that are sold at Macy’s and Nordstrom department store
• Strong attention to detail and process
• High trustworthiness and integrity; background check required
• Ability to stand, sort, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Capable of learning and executing repetitive tasks with consistency
• Basic computer and mobile phone proficiency (label printing, scanning)
• Open to feedback and able to follow detailed processes
• Willingness to cross-train for other eCommerce platforms as needed
• Must work only in assigned processing areas under camera monitoring
• Will occasionally assist in photographing or tagging flash-sale items
• May be asked to flex between processing and shipping tasks during busy periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
