We are currently recruiting for our D’Iberville MS Buyers Market STORE MANAGER position! Buyers Market will be located at 10541 D’Iberville Blvd B, D’Iberville MS 39540 in the former Big Lots location.

The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of running a safe, efficient, productive, and profitable operation are achieved.
This position is also responsible for creating a work environment that is conducive to both the personal and professional growth of all associates by incorporating both respect and growth into the day-to-day operations.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Selection and training of all key managers
- Oversight and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Performing or following-up on all delegated tasks while leading by example
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- 3 years Fashion Retail management experience in a store manager or Assistant Manager position
- Ability to work with little or no direct supervision
- Computer literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Good decision-making abilities
In addition to the annual salary, the Store Manager is entitled to the following benefits:
