OPERATIONS SPECIALIST ROLE DESCRIPTION
TL;DR You love being hands on in a team environment.
The Operations Specialist position facilitates several operational processes within the business ranging from opening arrived packages, to evaluating incoming devices based on functionality and condition, to shipping out purchased devices that we sell on retail channels.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for keeping the daily operations of the business running smooth and will be working to achieve clearly defined goals and metrics on a weekly basis.
What Experience Is Needed?
There is no prior experience required for this role!
You Should Be Able to...
- Seamlessly navigate multiple software systems (we’ll teach you the ones you need to know!).
- Work with others in a collaborative environment, encouraging others and demonstrating the desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and ability to stand for 8 hours a day. While it doesn't happen every day - there are some days where this may be required.
Our Hiring Process
You will report to Jareth Sweazea, our Operations Manager. During the hiring process, you will interview first with Jareth and our Chief Of Staff, Brittany Yee, then again in a final round interview with Jareth, Brittany, and our CEO, Jack Wight.

- Flexible scheduling: This role requires you to work Monday - Friday at 40 hours a week, but once out of training we work with you to give you hours that work with your schedule.
