Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will represent our company by delivering outstanding customer service while efficiently processing transactions. Your ability to communicate clearly and create a welcoming atmosphere will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and assist them with questions, purchases, and needs
Operate the cash register and accurately process point-of-sale (POS) transactions
Provide product information, demonstrations, and explain features and benefits to customers
Use upselling techniques to recommend additional products or services based on customer needs
Must be 18 years of age or older
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and properly stocked with well-displayed products
Support and guide junior team members when needed
Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions
Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals and maintain excellent service standards
Experience
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required
Basic familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
A willingness to learn new products and develop sales skills is highly valued
