Duties
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service to enhance their salon experience
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate tanning services and products tailored to their needs
- Operate tanning equipment safely, ensuring proper usage and sanitation between clients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon to ensure a safe environment
- Promote additional services, upgrades, or retail products through effective upselling techniques
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Educate clients on safety guidelines, tanning procedures, and aftercare to promote responsible tanning habits
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services confidently
