Duties
- Assist with communicating with cusomers via phone and email.
- Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams via phone calls, emails, and internal communication platforms to ensure timely freight moveme
- Ensuring compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to freight status, and delivery schedules, with professionalism and clear communication.
- Assist in billing
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, reporting, and communication tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for phone call management, internal coordination, and customer interactions; strong phone etiquette required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
