This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in mortgage operations.Insurance Management:Contact insurance companies to verify coverage.Ensure appropriate insurance coverage is in place for each loan.Add second lienholders to insurance policies when applicable.Complete and maintain insurance coverage checklists.Collateral Tracking:Gather and file essential documents including notes and deeds.Maintain organized digital and physical loan files.Property Valuation:Run Automated Valuation Models (AVMs) to assess property values.What We’re Looking For:Prior mortgage or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.Familiarity with Microsoft Office and mortgage software systems preferred.Ready to Take the Lead?
