Let's build something extraordinary together!QualificationsThis leader will be tasked with selling Butterfly Enterprise Software Solutions (Compass) to clients, from hospital or health system c-suite executives to clinicians, and demonstrate how our solutions will address the clients/ health system needsAs part of our team, your core responsibilities will be: Ability to get in front of the health system "C-suite" and drive strategic conversations and presentations around large enterprise partnerships which may contemplate complexing contracting mechanisms that are non standardCreate a strategic sales plan, build pipeline, identify new sales opportunities within a territory, and close business to obtain a defined quotaManage a continuous forecast through Salesforce.com using Butterfly defined process and procedures for tracking opportunities, activities and tasksAnalytical skills and a background in working with finance on creative pricing models required for driving large strategic partnershipsVast knowledge and experience across the healthcare landscape, including: value-based care delivery, fee-for-service, technology integrations, healthcare revenue cycle, physician work-flow and payer models (including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid & Commercial) Be comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, agile and fast paced environmentPerform a broad variety of tasks in support of the role and responsibilities.QualificationsBaseline skills/experiences/attributes:Bachelor's Degree in business or related field required7 years and track record of experience selling complex and non-standard SaaS contracts into health systems, managing a defined territoryAbility to travel up to 60% Contracting and negotiations experience requiredStrong rolodex of c-suite relationships within the healthcare market and the ability to leverage those relationships for new partnerships with ButterflyOutstanding written and verbal communication, customer service, relationships management, time management and team building skills Expert in administrative technology: Salesforce CRM, G Suite, Slack, Asana and other technology toolsAdvanced presentation skills Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it's ok if you don't!):Formal sales training completed: Miller Heiman, Targeted Account Selling or SandlerIntellectually curious, strategic, and thrive on diving into complex problems.
