Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Preparing and serving meals
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders (non-medical)
- Shopping, errands, and transportation
- Other home care tasks as assigned
- PCA Certified (preferred but not required)
- Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
- Authorization to work in the United States (required)
- A passion for helping others
- Reliability, patience, kindness, and professionalism
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to manage the physical demands of the job
