Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled, fully licensed Outpatient Therapist (LPC or LMSW) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients in an outpatient setting, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to support mental health and emotional well-being. We are looking for someone comfortable working with kids as young as elementary school-age and/or experience working with couples.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual sessions, utilizing Telehealth when appropriate to ensure accessibility for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Medical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches, when necessary.
Skills
- Must be willing to work with kids incorporating methods such as play and/or art therapy.
- Experience with Telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining client confidentiality.
- Knowledge of medical records management and compliance standards.
- A compassionate approach towards clients with diverse backgrounds and needs.
