Day to day as a Nurse
As a Registered/Licensed Nurse at Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional direct nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being. You will supervise the activities of nursing assistants on your shift, providing guidance and oversight to uphold the highest standards of care. This role requires adherence to current federal and state regulations, as well as facility policies, in collaboration with the Director of Nursing Services.

- Current Arkansas State License in Nursing is required
- One-year prior nursing experience is preferred

- Ability to organize & prioritize job responsibilities
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families and staff
- Genuinely care for and be interested in elderly in a health care facility

- Ability to work some holidays
