Job Description:
As a Barista/Bakery Clerk, you’ll be the face of our bakery—serving customers with a smile, preparing coffee and espresso drinks, packaging and displaying baked goods, and helping keep our shop clean and organized. This is a hands-on, team-oriented position in a fast-moving environment. Full Time/Part Time Availability. Shifts available: 8:00am- 3:00pm/12:00pm-8:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
- Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to standard
- Assist customers with bakery selections, packaging orders
- Operate POS/register system accurately
- Restock display cases and maintain product presentation
- Keep front-of-house clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Support back-of-house team as needed
Requirements:
- Previous food service or barista experience a plus (but not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
