Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service
- Assist with food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff and ensure timely service
- Bussing tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and trash promptly and hygienically
- Support catering and banquet events by setting up serving stations and clearing after events
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing as needed
- Handle food handling duties with care, adhering to safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting trays or boxes, and bending frequently
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience with catering, banquet service, or hotel operations is a plus
- Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience can enhance performance in this role
