Sales at Butter
We are looking for a sales professional in California to help us accelerate customer acquisition and rapidly iterate on our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate should have a proven sales track record and established business relationships, an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to work through problems autonomously, and a relentless drive to evangelize a new product solution.
What You'll Achieve
- Manage a full-cycle, consultative sales process and close new customers, accomplishing sales targets.
- Assist with new customer onboarding and accelerate their time to value.
- Build, maintain, and expand client relationships and database within the assigned territory, representing and positively impacting the Butter Brand.
- Work closely with founders and product team to iterate on customer feedback and GTM strategy.
- Help lay the foundations of an incredibly talented team of driven, high-performing sales professionals.
- Research, prospect, and cold call / door-to-door into food suppliers and downstream buyers.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to build the best experience for our customers.
- Acquire a deep understanding of a highly complex yet old-school industry that directly impacts all our lives.
