QUALIFICATIONS
Fundamental qualifications for all applicants include a growing relationship with God, a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ, a discerned calling into this position, and the willingness to participate in worship/ ministry activities.
The personal qualities for this position are servant-hearted, relatable, teachable, and team player.
The additional qualifications for the position include:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Prior childcare experience preferred but NOT REQUIRED
- Can lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
The simple answer is - there is no typical day! Every day is an adventure. You will be responsible for the care and well-being of little ones including toileting, meals/snacks, rest time, outdoor play, curriculum implementation, and close supervision. Combine all this with songs, stories and silliness and you have a typical day at BUTTER’S LOVE ACADEMY !!
Monday - Friday Schedule (no weekends!)
Pay Rate is $9.25 - $11.00 an hour depending on education and experience in early childhood development.
All in all we are looking for SERIOUS INDIVIDUALS who loves and appreciates all the amazing blessings that god has bestowed upon us and for us no blessing is greater than that of our children and the gift of helping them to grow!!!
