What You'll Do
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our delicious baked goods make it to our customers’ doors with care and quality. This is not your average packing or shipping position—our high-volume food manufacturing facility requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a love for learning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Packaging and shipping orders with precision.
- Baking our signature products.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Assisting customers when needed.
- Operating commercial ovens and working with dough.
- Moving between departments to learn and adapt to seasonal needs.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Ability to follow instructions and be trainable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read small print for product flavors and quantities.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, work on your feet for extended periods, and handle the demands of working with dough.
- Willingness to meet food safety dress code requirements (no piercings, jewelry, false nails, nail polish, or false lashes).
- Ability to work in and out of a freezer as needed.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
