Butter Cafe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Server to join our team! We are a fast-paced, community-focused cafe located in the heart of Dayton.

We're seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional food and customer service with a HUGE focus on giving the coziest Hospitality vibes.

**Responsibilities include:**

* Providing friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
* Demonstrating a strong knowledge of our menu, including daily specials and beverages.
* Upselling products and making personalized recommendations.
* Answering phones and accurately assisting with to-go orders.
* Handling a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a calm and efficient demeanor.
* Working collaboratively with the entire team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe setting.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset.
* The ability to anticipate guest needs and handle requests professionally.
