Law Firm seeking a Legal Administrative Clerk with 3 years’ of experience for our Miami office. Law Office/Legal Experience preferred.
Legal Administrative Clerk Responsibilities
- Open legal matters for the firm
- Maintain an organized and orderly copy room and ensure equipment and supplies are readily available.
- Provide copying, scanning, document assembly, and binder preparation services.
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing, assembling, and preparing documents and materials.
- Set up and organize conference rooms for depositions, meetings, and other legal proceedings.
- Provide general office support, including moving furniture, organizing office spaces, and handling miscellaneous tasks as needed.
- Deliver and retrieve documents from the courthouse and coordinate courier services as required.
- Assist with document organization, file management, and purging unnecessary documents.
- Provide reception coverage, including greeting visitors, assisting with front-door access, and directing guests appropriately.
- Perform other administrative support duties as assigned to ensure the office operates efficiently.
- Assist secretaries with profiling emails and processing invoices
- Assists Office Managers with administrative duties (ordering supplies and stocking them in kitchen and supply room, setting up for meetings, ordering lunch, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Must be proficient in Word and Outlook.
