Law Firm seeking a Legal Administrative Clerk with 3 years’ of experience for our Tallahassee office. Law Office/ Legal Experience preferred.
Legal Administrative Clerk Responsibilities:
- Open New Legal Matters
- Assist Legal Assistant’s with profiling SOCD emails
- Assist Legal Assistant with processing vendor invoices
- Assist with scheduling hearings, depositions, etc.
- Assist Office Manager with administrative duties (ordering supplies and stocking them in kitchen and supply room, setting up for meetings, ordering lunch, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Must be proficient in Word and Outlook.
