Role Description This part-time CSR/Office Manager/Bookkeeper role is an on-site position located in Tallahassee, FL. The role involves serving as a primary point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls and inquiries, and supporting customer service activities to ensure a positive client experience. Daily responsibilities include managing office operations such as scheduling, organizing files, maintaining records, and coordinating communication among team members. The role also includes bookkeeping tasks such as processing payments, reconciling accounts, preparing basic financial reports, and assisting with billing and invoices. The individual in this position will collaborate with agency staff to support insurance policy administration, follow up on client requests, and uphold BVI’s commitment to outstanding service.
Qualifications
- Ability to deliver strong customer service and support, with skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience enhancing Customer Experience and working effectively as a Customer Service Representative.
- Strong organizational and office management skills, including scheduling, recordkeeping, and task prioritization.
- Basic bookkeeping and administrative skills, such as handling invoices, payments, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort working on-site in a small office environment and collaborating with a close-knit team.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing); familiarity with insurance or financial systems is a plus.
