Available routes, hiring areas and home-time schedules vary by location. Butler’s recruiting team will review the specific regional opportunity available in your area, including its operating territory, expected miles, freight profile, training requirements and home-time schedule.
Training may require time away from home before a driver qualifies for a regional solo assignment. The applicable training and solo schedules will be reviewed with each candidate before a commitment is made.

Program Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduation from a Butler-approved CDL training program
- Residence within an approved regional hiring area
- Ability to satisfy Butler Transport, Department of Transportation and insurance qualification requirements
- Willingness to complete Butler’s required driver-training program
- Ability to remain away from home during applicable training periods
- Commitment to safe, dependable and professional service
