Business Development Center Representative

Pay: $13.00 plus commission

About Us: Butler Automotive is a fast-growing automotive dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for a motivated, people-oriented BDC Representative to join our team and help us connect with customers for 15 dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails in a friendly and professional manner.
• Respond promptly to online inquiries and leads through CRM tools.
• Schedule appointments for the service teams.
• Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest in our services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed performance goals related to call volume, appointments, and lead conversions.
• A positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, kindness, working well with others, excellent customer service, and patience are a must!
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a BDC, customer service, or sales environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and digital communications.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
