Role Description This is a full-time remote Title Agent role responsible for managing end-to-end title and closing processes. The Title Agent will review purchase agreements and lender instructions, order and analyze title searches, and clear title issues to ensure accurate and marketable title. Daily tasks include preparing settlement statements, coordinating closings, managing escrow funds, and issuing title commitments and policies. The role involves frequent communication with clients, lenders, real estate professionals, and internal team members to provide status updates and resolve questions. The Title Agent will also maintain thorough documentation, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and use title and closing software to manage files efficiently.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Closings, including coordinating closing schedules, preparing closing packages, and reviewing settlement statements.
- Proficiency in Title Searches and Chain of Title review to identify, analyze, and resolve title defects or encumbrances.
- Experience with Escrow management, including handling funds, disbursements, and reconciling escrow accounts in a compliant manner.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and support all parties throughout the transaction.
- Knowledge of Florida real estate and title insurance laws, regulations, and standard industry practices.
- Comfort with title and closing software platforms, document management systems, and basic office technology.
- High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Prior experience as a Title Agent, Closing Agent, or in a similar real estate/title role preferred; relevant certification or licensing in Florida is a plus.
