Responsibilities Include
We specialize in custom cabinetry, built-ins, fireplace mantels, and high-quality architectural millwork throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

Responsibilities Include
- Preparing wood surfaces through sanding, filling, and surface preparation.
- Applying stains, primers, paints, and protective clear finishes.
- Spray finishing custom cabinetry and millwork.
- Inspecting completed pieces for consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborating with our shop team to meet production schedules.
- Previous experience with cabinet finishing, woodworking, or professional painting preferred.
- Familiarity with spray equipment and finishing techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team.
- Trade school graduates with relevant hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
