Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing3-6 years of substantive experience in investigations, enforcement, and/or regulatory litigationExperience working with State Attorneys General, including responding to civil investigative demands (CIDs) and coordinating multistate investigationsPrior experience in a State AG office strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to negotiate resolutions and advise clients on complex enforcement mattersStrong writing skills with a demonstrated publication record or clear aptitude for thought leadershipStrategic mindset with the ability to maintain and build relationships with State AG officesExceptional analytical ability, judgment, and communication skillsAbility to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively across teams
