This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction initiatives, utilizing cutting-edge software tools and industry best practices to bring projects from conception to completion with precision and confidence.ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project estimates by analyzing blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings using tools such as Bluebeam and Construction estimating softwarePrepare detailed bid proposals, ensuring accuracy in cost calculations for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractorsCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather project requirements and clarify scope of workManage project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling software to ensure timely completion of milestonesOversee construction site activities to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and resolve on-site issues promptlyRead and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately assess project scope and resource needsTrack project costs and budgets diligently using HeavyBid or other construction management software to maintain profitabilityFacilitate contract negotiations and review contractual documents to mitigate risks and clarify obligationsLead project meetings, coordinate team efforts, and communicate updates effectively across all stakeholdersEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols throughout the project lifecycleRequirementsProven experience in construction estimating combined with strong project management skills in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management software platformsSolid understanding of construction processes including site management, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administrationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlinesStrong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team membersCivil or construction engineering background preferred; relevant certifications are a plusConstruction site experience is highly desirable for understanding field conditions and practical constraintsJoin us in shaping innovative construction projects that make a lasting impact!
