Compliance Specialist
- Audits records, monitors contractor utilization, and ensures timely payments to subcontractors.
Investigate non-compliance violations, disputes, and contractor status within diversity programs, recommending resolutions as needed.
Solid knowledge of procurement processes, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), contracts, agreements, and payment terms related to goods, services, construction, and consulting, particularly in the context of MWBE programs.
Good communicator
Good presenting skills/ client facing experience.
Compensation- $75K-$85K base.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
