- Important: This Is NOT Cold Calling. You will be speaking with booked appointments only. People will be coming in to get their photos taken and see you.
- Building genuine rapport with clients
- Helping families visualize their portrait experience
- Consistently converting conversations into booked appointments
- Top candidates are motivated by performance -- and we reward it
- Expected Earnings - $52,500 - $100,000 per year depending on performance
- Base Pay: $40,000
- Monthly Commissions: average sales people will make $2-3,000 but top performers make up to $6,000

Requirements
- At least 2 years of luxury sales experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confidence guiding conversations toward a decision
- Computer proficiency with CRM or scheduling tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday
