Looking for licensed security officers to travel to Ashland and provide security. You are mainly in your vehicle at different site locations and foot patrol. Hotel and Mileage included.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas
- Conduct regular patrols of the site, including physical security checks, surveillance camera monitoring, and fence inspections to detect any suspicious activity or security breaches
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, including medical incidents, security threats, or safety hazards, utilizing first aid and CPR skills when necessary
- Write detailed incident reports, shift logs, and operational documentation accurately reflecting daily activities and any security incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders during incidents or investigations to ensure proper communication and resolution
Experience
- Prior experience in private security, law enforcement, military service or related fields demonstrating strong operational management skills
- Knowledge of security systems including access control systems, surveillance technology, and alarm monitoring
- Familiarity with performing background checks and managing visitor access protocols
- Proven ability in conflict management, emergency response procedures, and maintaining compliance with security regulations
- Excellent written communication skills for report writing and documentation purposes
- Physical fitness for performing patrols that may include heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking
- Experience with customer service is a plus for interacting professionally with site personnel and visitors
