Shift
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch 40 hours per week
The Day Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and professional presentation of commercial and office buildings.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including sinks, toilets, fixtures, and mirrors
- Maintaining floors through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and spot cleaning, including stairs
- Cleaning break rooms, including sinks, counters, microwaves, and refrigerators
- Emptying trash receptacles, replacing liners, and cleaning trash containers
- Dusting and wiping walls, desks, and office furniture
- Cleaning windows, glass doors, and mirrors
- Restocking supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Operating cleaning equipment such as floor machines, vacuums, carpet cleaners, and push brooms
- Performing occasional deep cleaning projects and special assignments as needed
Requirements
- Must reside in Loving, NM or the surrounding area
- Must be drug free and able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
