What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Professional position at Butler Domestic Services, Inc.?
IMMEDIATE OPENING for an experienced housekeeper/cleaner to clean model homes in the Winfield/ Lowell/St. John area. Must be a detail-minded individual, fluent in English, possess a valid drivers license, authorized to work in the United States and have a neat appearance. This is a part-time position. Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and address their needs
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
