Butler County Community College (BC3) is currently accepting applications for the position of Associate Director of Human Resources. This is a regular full-time position that will begin immediately.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources/Equal Opportunity Compliance Officer, the Associate Director of Human Resources is responsible for assisting in administering and maintaining the Human Resources and Payroll Services operations including recruitment, employment, separation, labor and legal relations, compensation, payroll administration, personnel records, and payroll records. Ensure that all payroll data and human resources databases are maintained. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of the Human Resources and Payroll Services records. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required. Knowledgeable in commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures relating to employment law, human resources, payroll, and tax codes. Three years experience in human resources required. Research methodology required. Experience with recruitment, training and development, policy development, labor and legal relations, and compensation and benefit administration required. Payroll experience preferred. Community College experience preferred. ADP WorkforceNow experience preferred.
