This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager/Client Service Manager located in Amarillo, TX. The professional in this role will build and maintain strong client relationships, address client inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities will include account management, client support, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The position will also involve analyzing data, providing strategic recommendations, and communicating effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.
- Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate complex information and provide actionable insights

- Experience in client services, account management, or a related field is preferred

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred
