Legal AdminLocation: Danbury, CTJob ID: #71618Pay Range: $35-$545hr (depending on role)W2 Contract, US Citizens and US Persons only are permitted to apply.We are seeking a Contract Support team member to join our clients for a 6 month project! We would like to see reliable and eager candidates with the provided experience. The ideal candidates will be able to support the onsite needs of the company and work quickly to support the growing changes of a Contracts organization.Duties * Working within the Contracts organization. * Gather and organize legal documents. * Maintain electronic databases and physical files * Perform according to established procedures and record retention policies. * Communicate effectively with internal team members to provide needed information needed. * Support the establishment of processes and procedures.Minimum Requirements * Previous professional Government Contract Management experience. * Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or Paralegal Studies. * Pass the mandatory criminal background check and drug screening. * Excellent organization skills with high attention to detail. * Excellent systems skills with the ability to manage electronic data files. * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Microsoft Office skills, including outlook, word, and excel. * Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.Additional Qualifications * Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or Paralegal Studies. * Prior experience working in a contracts or legal function. * Prior experience working in SharePoint. * Working knowledge of SAP.Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state lawButler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
