JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process. * Determine work assignments and procedures. * Shovel and sweep work areas. * Provide assistance in the production of Wiring Assemblies.SKILLS:* Needed 5 yrs of Assembly experience doing: electromechanical assembly, electrical assembly or mechanical assembly, wiring assembly or general assembly. * Verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability. * Team player and detail oriented. * Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. * Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:* High school diploma or GED required. * Required - 5 years experience in assembly, manufacturing or productionOTHER REQUIREMENTS:* Open to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents * Pass a criminal background check & drug test * Be at work on time every day scheduled * Work Overtime as neededBenefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state lawButler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
