Job Description
Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical Assemblers, Except Coil Winders, Tapers, and Finishers LL.US.51-2028,
build wire harnesses to blueprint by connecting and twisting wires as required, spects, test for continuity.
* Use various hand/power tools and other assembly equipment
* Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
* Perform continuity checks on the electrical harnesses.
* Participate in compliance inspection Continuous Improvement (CI) activities.
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
* Safely perform other duties as assigned
Experience working from written instructions, drawings, blue-prints, schematics,
illustrations and/or process documentation to assemble a wide variety of electrical
harnesses and subassemblies.
Able to understand and follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
Experience with any of the following: hand tools, electrical tools, pneumatic tools, wire
cutters, pliers, heat guns and precision measuring equipment.
