Visual Focus: Close visual attention required for inspecting electrical and mechanical systems, reading technical drawings, and working with small components.
PPE Use: Continuous use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for the duration of the shift.
Mobility: Ability to bend, reach, and move safely within a cleanroom environment.
Work Pace: Ability to sustain productivity in a fast-paced environment, including limited overtime and weekend work when required.

Job Description:
- Looking for a highly motivated individual to help us succeed in any domain against any challenge for a safer more connected world.
- As an Assembly Operator, your job will be to build next generation technology for the warfighter. You will perform a variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing/production environment.
- Duties for this position includes working in a cleanroom environment, performing mechanical assembly using various tools and fasteners.
Types of hardware include:
- Machined housings
- Circuit cards
- Mirrors, motors, and optical assemblies.
- Will be using chemicals and performing detailed hand manipulation with wire sleeving, solder, and bonding materials.
- Additionally, the operator will be required to use precision torque tools, solder, repair and/or inspect electric and mechanical systems.

- Minimum of 2 years of work experience

- The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for 8 hours a day is required
- Ability to work weekends and/or overtime as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- US Citizenship is required
* Desired Skill Sets:
- Ability to train others in assembly processes once certified
- Experience using shop floor management software (CMES, SAP, etc.) or similar
- Education Level Required: High school, secondary school or equivalent
- Technical certificate or Associates degree is preferred
