Operations Support Associate – Inventory Control
$22/hour | Weekly Pay | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Location: Naperville, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday with overtime required according to business needs
Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with a focus on inventory control and accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, supporting stock accuracy, and ensuring proper tracking of materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
- Replenish stock and maintain proper bin locations and organization
- Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements
- Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and documentation compliance
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with reporting and adjustments
- Support picking and packing as needed while prioritizing inventory accuracy
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
- Report and upload overage, shortages, and damages to web portal
- Process and report Return Merchandise Authorizations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse equipment experience required
- Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse auditing preferred
- Familiarity with RF scanners or WMS systems strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong mathematical background/skill set
- Ability to analyze discrepancies and maintain accurate records
- Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
