Line Cook – Butchers & Bakers (Farmington, CT)
Butchers & Bakers is looking for a dependable, passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We’re a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant known for scratch cooking, great hospitality, and a fast-paced but supportive environment.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards
- Work stations including grill, sauté, fry, pantry, or prep
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
- Communicate effectively with chefs and team members
- Help ensure food quality, consistency, and ticket times
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Weekend and evening availability
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
