Lead Line Cook (Grill / Steak Focus) – Butcher’s House
Butcher’s House is seeking a skilled and disciplined Lead Line Cook with strong grilling experience. This is a leadership role for someone who can take full ownership of the line and uphold high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and control the grill station during service
- Execute steak cooking with precision and consistency
- Maintain full organization and cleanliness of your station at all times
- Enforce cleanliness and sanitation standards across the entire kitchen
- Oversee walk-in organization, labeling, rotation, and cleanliness
- Ensure all recipes and procedures are followed without deviation
- Maintain speed, consistency, and composure in a high-volume environment
- Support and hold the team accountable during service
Requirements:
- Strong grill / steak experience (mandatory)
- Proven ability to work independently and lead a station
- High level of discipline, organization, and attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable — no exceptions
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure service
- Open availability, including weekends (required)
