Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings.
- Restock supplies promptly to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and uphold high standards of hospitality.
Skills
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, and or upscale casual hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of Toast POS systems for efficient order processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with an energetic and positive attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling, and proper alcohol serving procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills accurately.
