Roofing Foreman – Commercial Roofing Division
Are you a skilled leader with a strong background in commercial roofing? We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Foreman with proven experience managing crews and overseeing projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring timely, efficient, high quality, and safe roof installations. Minimum 7 years commercial roofing experience please. The following will be a requirement for the position:
- Experience in all types of low slope roofing with thorough knowledge of the various systems and processes – ability to read and understand architectural plans and specifications
- 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of safety related to low slope roofing with the ability to implement and maintain safe work practices
- Leadership qualities coupled with effective communication and management skills
