Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence
- Lead daily activities including playtime, arts and crafts, storytime, and sensory experiences to promote holistic growth
- Monitor individual progress and communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and milestones
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to plan special events or themed activities that enrich the learning experience
- Apply behavior management techniques to guide positive social interactions and emotional regulation among children
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children in a daycare or classroom setting

- Certification in first aid and CPR required; additional certifications in special education or working with children with disabilities are a plus
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to lead activities confidently while maintaining a nurturing environment
