Hands-On Evaluation Day

Before beginning the 90-Day Paid Training (Probationary Period), all selected candidates must participate in a Hands-On Evaluation Day.

  • During the evaluation, candidates will review company policies, procedures, and expectations while observing and participating in basic cleaning and organizing tasks.
  • The session allows candidates to demonstrate work ethic, professionalism, and teamwork in a real-world setting.
  • Following the evaluation, Busy Bees will determine whether to move forward with the candidate into the 90-Day Paid Training (Probationary Period).
  • Candidates who move forward after the evaluation day will sign an Independent Contractor Agreement before beginning paid training.

90-Day Paid Training (Probationary Period)

All new contractors begin with a 90-Day Paid Training Period, which also serves as the probationary period.

  • Busy Bees provides all tools, products, and supplies during this time
  • Performance, reliability, and professionalism are evaluated throughout training
  • After successful completion, contractors transition to independent work and provide their own tools and products

  • The client will be given the option to have the Contractor return to address the missed area or to receive a monetary discount on their next cleaning service.
  • If the Contractor is required to return, this time shall be considered unpaid, as the oversight is deemed the Contractor’s responsibility.
  • If the client elects to receive a discount instead, the equivalent amount will be deducted from the Contractor’s pay for that job.
