Compensation Breakdown:

  • Hourly Base: $18-$22.50 Per Hour!
  • $50 Per Booked Call During Emergency After-Hours On-Call Services.

Location: Campbell Hall, NY

Schedule:

  • Full-Time, In-Office
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Rotational On-Call Required
  • Overtime is Available

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous sales experience required
  • Previous customer service or call center experience required
  • Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and empathetic.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow structured processes.
  • Ability to type 55-75 Words per minute
  • Comfortable using scheduling/dispatch software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Position Summary:

Busy Bee Septic & Excavating is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers and coordinate daily office operations for a growing home service company in the Hudson Valley. This full-time, in-office role offers a clear path to earning $46K annually through hourly pay, and overtime opportunities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and calm under pressure. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured workflows, maintaining accuracy, solving scheduling challenges, and providing professional customer support in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow-through, communication, and reliability are essential to success in this position.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and exceptional service.
  • Schedule service appointments, dispatch technicians, and update customer records in ServiceTitan.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about services, pricing, and appointment expectations.
  • Follow established company processes for quoting, scheduling, and customer follow-up.
  • Handle customer concerns with patience and empathy, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain organized call notes, service details, and records for team use.
  • Collaborate with field and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.

Pay: Up to $46,000.00 per year
