Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous sales experience required
- Previous customer service or call center experience required
- Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and empathetic.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow structured processes.
- Ability to type 55-75 Words per minute
- Comfortable using scheduling/dispatch software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Core Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and exceptional service.
- Schedule service appointments, dispatch technicians, and update customer records in ServiceTitan.
- Communicate clearly with customers about services, pricing, and appointment expectations.
- Follow established company processes for quoting, scheduling, and customer follow-up.
- Handle customer concerns with patience and empathy, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain organized call notes, service details, and records for team use.
- Collaborate with field and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experience.
