Mason- Landscape

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Mason to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of masonry, from structural block work to high-end aesthetic stone and brick finishing. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with both wet and dry materials and can manage a project from layout to final clean-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Concrete Work: Professional setup, pouring, and finishing of flat concrete surfaces (driveways, walkways, patios).
• Masonry Layout: Reading plans and laying out brick, stone, pavers, retaining and block walls with precision.
• Aesthetic Masonry: Expert installation of stone veneers, brickwork, and pavers for decorative and functional projects.
• Site Preparation: Ensuring proper grading and base preparation for long-lasting results.
• Maintenance: Occasional repair or restoration of existing masonry structures.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional masonry experience is required.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using masonry tools (saws, levels, trowels, mixers).
• Availability: Must be available for full-time work; some Saturday shifts may be required based on project timelines.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (80 lbs), work in various weather conditions, and stand/kneel for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Pride in craftsmanship and a commitment to high-quality finishing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Dependent on experience.
