Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry, and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required by clients, demonstrating flexibility and helpfulness in household tasks
- Maintain organized work areas and report any maintenance issues or supplies needed to supervisors promptly
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right motivated candidate
- Experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping management, or commercial cleaning is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Customer service background demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills
- Experience with laundry services or housekeeper management roles is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
