What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Buster's Old Time Photos?
Buster's Old Time Photos and Outlaw Old Time Photos are seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our studios!
Our ideal candidate has basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, as well as experience in grounds keeping. Must have your own transportation. We provide most tools, but having your own basic tools is a plus!
This position is guaranteed 25 hours a week, with the opportunity for full time.
MAKE YOUR OWN SCHEUDLE! Most tasks that are done within the studios would need to be accomplished outside of normal business hours.
This is a great job for someone who loves working early mornings, or evening shifts.
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine upkeep and maintenance tasks at our 4 studio locations: Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and studio specific jobs such as photography set repairs, prop repairs, light bulbs, filters, and other routine tasks.
* Maintain grounds to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests - sweeping lots, weed eating, mowing, hedge clipping, trash removal, weed spraying and pest spraying.
* Conduct studio specific maintenance on sets, props, and other equipment.
* Assist with other maintenance related tasks.
Requirements:
* Experience in Maintenance field
* Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
* Must be able to get onto roofs and climb ladders
*Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent time management skills and communication skills.
* Experience with wood working is a PLUS!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
