Responsibilities

Experience
- Proven supervising experience in janitorial services or custodial management within commercial or hospitality environments.
- Strong background in cleaning techniques including general janitorial tasks, laundry services, and specialized cleaning such as hospital-grade sanitation or hotel housekeeping management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to custodial work and familiarity with equipment used in commercial cleaning settings.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable.
